 With this product you will be purchasing one bulk package of freshly blanched and freeze dried cooked corn with a net weight of 11.0 ounces, packaged for long term storage.

This bag contains 11 ounces of corn, which is the equivalent of 44 ounces (2-3/4’s pound) if purchased at your local farmers market once rehydrated and ready for use. Each ounce of corn will weigh approximately 4 ounces of fresh cut corn when rehydrated.
