Ensure your freeze-dried products are unopened, in their original vacuum-sealed packaging, and purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent the fragile freeze-dried contents from crushing during transit.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for seal integrity, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus shipping fees.
